Gainup garment division, with factory build up area of 288,200 sq. ft. houses state of art machineries and ETON system installed for producing garments of international standard.

Well experienced management team supported with highly technical expert team has established reputation of one of the best garments manufacturers in the industry. With installed capacity of 1500 machines, includes most sophisticated machines like “AUTOMATIC POCKET WELTING MACHINE” “ AUTOMATIC POCKET ATTACHING MACHINE” , ETON SYSTEM, all machines with under bed thread trimmer (UTT) etc.

For value addition of garments, Gainup has an in house 12 color 18 pallet circular fully automatic printing machines, GLASS table printing, 3 manual printing machines, in house embroidery machine with 20 head. Cutting capacity requirements are supported automatic spreads by fully automatic cutting machine system capable of cutting more than 50,000 to 60,000 garments per day.

Gainup has established quality control system starting from YARN testing, fabric quality control, Cut panel quality control, on line sewing production quality control and finished products quality control procedures. It has implemented 5S quality system tolls, implemented LEAN manufacturing system in the production floor. Taking utmost care to maintain quality standards across all stages of production and following international quality standards procedures.

Gainup has fully implemented and sustained with ISO 9001: 2008 quality standard, SA 8000, GOTS (organic) certification for organic products, OEKO TEX certificate are our strength on commitment to global quality standard requirements.

Gainup is capable of manufacturing KNITTED, WOVEN and DENIM garments and versatile multi skill level of operators, ensure that all quality standards fulfilled as per the buyer standards and established itself as multi product producing factory, which is one of its key advantage to become leaders in this Export business. Multi skill employees forms the back bone of multi product production like KNITED, WOVEN, DENIM and various type of fabric quality garments like polyester, Cotton / Lycra, Viscose, Denim etc. Also Multi skill operators provides the confidence to do styles of different category of garments like Mens, Womens, Boys, Girls and Infants.

LEAN manufacturing system followed in factory ensures high productivity with optimum quality in production line. Professional Industrial Engineers follow proper production process as per the Operation Bulletin made for each style of garments and productivity of garments. Quality systems established in floor, ensure that all garments are 100% checked at the production line itself and quality issues are arrested at the garmenting stage itself. We have implemented RFID based bundle tracking system in Sewing line. We can easily track production upto audit output through this. All machines contains unique QR CODE identification. Maintenance engineer can read this QR CODE using his mobile and update their status like preventive or breakdown or scheduled services. If any spares required for this service, they can generate indent to the stores. We can track the running machines, idle machines, spare used and machine utilization. We are using conveyor automation to avoid GTD issues at the time of shipment. We can easily track the carton boxes which is ready for shipment. CT – PAT complied packing area ensure that all packed materials are safe and secured as per customer’s requirements. All safety procedures are in place to ensure that loading of finished goods are done in more secured manner and fully complying the requirement of CT – PAT.
